Easy Ludo is published by Algorithm Inc. These terms cover the current game and this website. Contact us at hello@algorithm.com.np. By using the game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. The current game
The current version is a free offline Ludo game with same-device and computer play. It includes no advertising or in-app purchases. It has no sign-in or online multiplayer feature. Android is the first public-release platform; iOS is coming soon with no promised date. Future functionality or pricing changes must be described separately.
3. Permission to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive permission to install and use authorized copies of the game for entertainment. Do not use the game or website unlawfully, distribute malicious or falsely branded copies, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or remove ownership notices. This does not limit rights granted by open-source licenses or mandatory law.
4. Game results and local progress
Easy Ludo is an entertainment board game, not a gambling, wagering or prize service. Dice results are random and winning percentages are estimates, not a guarantee. Optional house rules may differ from other versions of Ludo.
Saves are local to your device. Progress can be lost through uninstalling, clearing storage, device damage or software problems. We cannot promise cloud recovery or transfer because no cloud-save account is provided.
5. Privacy and third parties
The Privacy Policy describes local data, LogRocket diagnostics and session replay, support communications and website hosting. App stores, operating systems and linked websites have their own terms. An official download may be subject to your store’s conditions and regional availability.
6. Intellectual property
Easy Ludo branding, original artwork and other original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party fonts, sound and software retain their own licenses; see Credits. These terms do not give rights in third-party trademarks.
7. Updates and availability
We may update the game, fix defects or change availability. Version history is recorded in the changelog. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific release schedule or compatibility with every device.
8. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and site are provided as available, without additional guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. Any limit on responsibility applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the game at any time. Uninstalling deletes local app data subject to platform behaviour; for remote data, follow the deletion guide. We may revise these terms and update the date. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Contact Algorithm Inc at hello@algorithm.com.np so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory rights or impose exclusive arbitration or a jurisdiction not otherwise established by applicable law.
