Deleting your Easy Ludo data.

Delete local saves and settings on Android

1. Open your phone’s Settings and find Apps → Easy Ludo.
2. Open Storage (wording varies by device).
3. Choose Clear storage or Clear data. This resets the match, names, settings and completion counters. Clearing cache alone may not remove these records.

Uninstalling also removes local app data, subject to your device’s backup settings. You can lose the data permanently; Algorithm Inc does not have a cloud copy of your saved game.

Request deletion of uploaded diagnostics

Email hello@algorithm.com.np with the subject “Easy Ludo data deletion”. Explain whether the request concerns LogRocket session/diagnostic information or support correspondence. Approximate dates and app/device version can help locate a session. Do not send sensitive identity documents or passwords.

We will review requests under applicable law, explain any information needed to find the data, and tell you if anonymous records cannot be reliably linked to you or if specific retention is legally required. Clearing local data does not automatically remove previously uploaded diagnostics. Continuing to use the current app may generate new diagnostic sessions.

Website data

The supplied website has no user account, analytics cookies or browser-storage profile to delete. A hosting provider may have request/security logs. Contact us with the relevant page and approximate visit date if your request concerns those logs.
