Easy Ludo

Your information

Privacy Policy

Easy Ludo and this website are provided by Algorithm Inc. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Scope and publisher

This policy explains the current offline Easy Ludo mobile app and its official website at https://easyludo.algorithm.com.np. The publisher and contact for privacy requests is Algorithm Inc: hello@algorithm.com.np. Android is the first public-release platform; iOS is coming soon.

1. What stays on your device

The game stores nicknames, chosen player roles and colours, audio and vibration preferences, board and rule settings, the current match and completed-game/review-request counters in local app storage. These records let you continue a match and keep your settings. The current offline app does not require an account, email address or cloud-save profile.

Saving locally does not mean information visible inside the app can never leave your device: session replay described below may capture on-screen content, including a nickname or game state. Use a nickname that does not identify you and do not enter sensitive information.

2. Diagnostics and session replay

The app integrates LogRocket to investigate problems and improve reliability. Its SDK initializes automatically when the app starts; the current version does not provide an in-app diagnostics opt-out switch.

Depending on SDK/platform capture, diagnostics may include device and operating-system information, app/session identifiers, network or connection information such as IP address, page navigation and touch interactions, visual reproductions of app screens, JavaScript errors, stack traces and logs. JavaScript network requests and responses may also be captured. Displayed nicknames and gameplay can be included in replay. Diagnostic data can be buffered on the device and uploaded when a connection is available.

Algorithm Inc also reports handled storage, audio and external-link errors with an operation label. Those custom reports do not deliberately attach a complete saved-game or preference record; automatic SDK capture is separate. We use this information for troubleshooting and product reliability, not to choose your dice results.

3. Other information and services

Support: if you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments so we can respond. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Google Play: Android may request Google’s in-app review flow after three completed games. Google handles any rating or review under its own privacy policy. We record only that a request was attempted, not whether you rated the app.

This website: the supplied static pages do not set tracking cookies, use browser storage, run advertising, or include analytics/session-replay scripts. Fonts and artwork are hosted with the site. A hosting provider still receives normal request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser headers to deliver and secure the website. Following external links exposes you to the destination’s own practices.

Current scope: the app has no advertising or in-app purchases. Online multiplayer and sign-up are not enabled in the current offline experience. If those features change, this policy will need updating.

4. Why information is used and shared

Information is used to operate the game, save progress, investigate errors, answer support requests and protect the service. LogRocket processes diagnostic/session data as a service provider. Hosting and email providers process website requests and support correspondence. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell your personal information or use this version for targeted advertising.

Information handled by service providers may be processed outside your country. The safeguards and processing terms of the relevant provider apply. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the purpose, including providing the requested service, legitimate interests in reliability and security, legal duties, or consent where required.

5. Retention and security

Local saves remain until app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or a save is replaced. Replacing a match replaces its current local game record; preferences and counters remain. Device-level backups or copies you make may be governed by your device settings.

Diagnostic sessions remain according to the active retention settings and limits of our LogRocket workspace, rather than indefinitely by design. We use them only while needed to investigate issues and maintain reliability, and can review deletion requests. Ask us for the current diagnostic retention period for your data. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the inquiry and any associated security or legal obligations. Hosting logs follow the configured hosting provider’s retention. Copies may persist temporarily in backups or where legally required.

We use platform storage controls and provider security features; network transfers to the configured diagnostic service use HTTPS. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Please contact us about any suspected security issue.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can change local game preferences in Settings and delete local data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling. Local deletion does not by itself delete diagnostics already uploaded or email already sent.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or complain to your local privacy authority. Contact hello@algorithm.com.np to make a request. We may need limited details to locate data and confirm the request. An anonymous diagnostic session cannot always be linked to a person, and we do not collect extra identification just to make that link.

There is no account to delete in the current offline app. See the data deletion guide for the separate steps for local saves and remote diagnostics.

7. Children and age suitability

Easy Ludo is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over, or the higher minimum age required in your country. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date when practices change. Material changes may also require an app or store-listing notice. A policy page does not replace any consent that applicable law requires before collection.
